Brian was extremely professional and down to earth. He was able to accommodate a time and day that worked with our hectic schedules. Our children were home as well as our English Bulldog and he was friendly with all of them. He reported back all the upgrades we did that I told him about before he started and noted them in the appraisal. He made everyone feel comfortable and was very quick and thorough. Compared multiple homes in the neighborhood. I would recommend him to anyone.
