On property appraisal completely left off a large Mueller steel barn on a concrete slab. When brought to his attention he said what barn.  Refused to revise his appraisal which was $40,000 below contract price.  Buyer then only would pay appraisal.  Me as seller lost $40,000 because Carlos left off the barn and REFUSED to add it on.  I am going to file a claim on his Errors and Omissions insurance policy because he made an error by not including the barn and refusing to add it
