1.  The appraiser verified the appointment time as Noon-1pm.  I was there at Noon and the appraiser had spoken to my son and left!
2. The appraiser assumed rather than asked and thus the appraisal information is not correct in the following areas:
a.  We do not have forced heating.  We have radiant heat produced by the solar heating on our roof.
b.  We do not have gas.  We are all electric which is produced nearly entirely by our solar panels.
c.   SIPS panels were used and there is NO trusses and an R45 roof. The walls are thick as well (R25+) and there for our sq footage is 1995, not including the attic which is floored and has an A/C vent.

We paid $400 for it.
