Met with me on June 2nd. He committed to doing the job and accepted payment for the job at that time. He took measurements and told me he thought he could complete the appraisal in 2-3 weeks. On June 9th, he emailed me to basically say he quit. I tried calling him multiple times and he would not even return the call. Now I am going to struggle to get the appraisal done in time to appeal property tax assessment. If you are depending on an appraisal, I would suggest hiring someone else.
