Scheduled appointment 9am-11am. Waited on my property all day and never saw the guy. Me and my wife called multiple times and no answer. Now my loan fell through because of how this guy appraised my property. This guy does some shady stuff and I wouldn’t recommend him at all if you want to deal with a professional or even just want someone to show up.
