This appraiser is the absolute worst!  His ego is larger than his capabilities. He holds appraisals hostage and takes forever to make people suffer.  He discriminates against people of color and lowers their appraisals for no apparent reason. He should never be allowed to perform these duties as innocent people fall victim to his unfair and biased ways.
