Zillow and Redfin show my home to be valued at over $435,000.  A home right next door to me with half the lot size and no view of the lake sold for $500,000 and it wasn't even mentioned in the report. Also, he pulled comps from a mile away in ghetto neighborhoods. Plus none of these homes had a $100,000 remodel or the incredible view my home has. He actually valued my home at $389,000. Way off the mark.  Now I can't refinance my home and had to pay $450. Stay away from this guy and PennyMac.
