Do not recommend. Not only did he fail to give us a heads up of this impending surgery resulting in a delay of getting the appraisal back to us, he then lied and told us that he had sent it but could not furnish proof. But he head time to cash the check!
The appraisal itself was sloppy and did not take into account any recent neighborhood sales but going back 9 months in other area.
