This appraiser called me within 2 days and schedule and scheduled my appraisal for the same week.  Initially it took forever to place our order so it was refreshing that once it was accepted it went quickly.  The appraiser even got the report in early!  Apparently, unheard of in this market.

This appraiser was on time and helped us close our loan on a complex appraisal that was initially done by a different appraiser.  His knowledge of the Denver market helped us with our loan.  Professional and prompt.

Horrible horrible horrible. This person appraised our property, had the appraisal kicked back from the underwriter multiple times for issues, and used comps that were grossly inaccurate and when presented with correct and accurate local comps, he refused to revise his appraisal, despite multiple contacts by the listing agent, purchasing agent, lender, and buyer. This has been a horrible experience. NEVER use this company for your appraisal.
