Worst appraiser ever!!
I was a residential loan officer for 5 years for a big bank and now I am a Realtor since 2000 and I have never experienced such a lack of service from an appraiser!!
After almost 3 weeks this appraiser had to be canceled by theblender because she never even responded anyone's phone calls and you can't even leave her a message because her voice mail is full!!
Complete lack of service, zero responsibility because the appraisal was never turned in and never answered or responded any communication!!!
Don't waste your time, money and don't jeopardize a purchase!!
