Mr. McKellar did an appraisal of our property for our loan application.  Our lender, GoodMortgage.com, must have drawn his name out of a hat.  His report was full of grammatical and spelling errors and his measurements and calculations were so bad that we were denied a $223,600 loan on a property that he appraised for $750,000 but adjusted the appraisal by $205,000 because the upstairs 1276 s.f. will not be completed at closing.  Mr. McKellar did not respond to my email requesting that he reexamine his work and consider revising his appraisal.  I would not recommend him.
