I met Walter many years ago reagrding an appraisal. He is extremely knowledgeable and is a pleasure to work with. I have referred him to many other realestate agents and customers all  have had wonderful experiences!

Walter is a great guy, and an even better appraiser. I’ve known him for well over 20 years, I trust and admire the job he does and would not hesitate to use him personally and recommend him professionally. You can’t go wrong with Walter.

Walter is an excellent appraiser. Anytime I am fortunate to have him appraise one of my listings I am grateful. He returns the report quickly and they are never issues. Often I receive a request for an independent appraiser and I always recommend Walter. My clients are always happy. He is always on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

To whom it may conern,

As per the advise from my Atty, I would ask if you could take down the disgracful review about me on your website.

I have been appraising real estate for 38 years. I have completed  38,000 appraisals.  I  love what I do. I get to be a part of all different kinds of people and help them get a part of the american dream. I Have never received such a disgraceful and untrue review. For the record, I have a mixed marriage and have been married for 32 years. My assisant and vice president for the past 25 years is African American. Richard helps me with appraisals and not only is an excellent worker, but more importantly he is a dear friend. Over the years I have employed. Single moms, African Americans , Spanish , and Bisexual Gay employees. You see to me it doesn’t matter where your are from or what you belief in . The review is totally false and disgusting. Walter J. Klose is a racist, bigot and white supremest. He gives unreasonably low appraisals to people of color. He is unprofessional abd has very little knowledge of the home industry.
