As a Real Estate Broker for over 23 years I have had Walter as the appraiser on many of my transactions. I have probably known him and worked closely with him for about 20 of those years. I have always known him to be the most knowledgeable accurate Appraiser in the field. Walter meets homeowners more often then the buyer he does the appraisal for. He is always respectful and kind and engages the homeowners to put them at ease since it can be a stressful appointment for them. Walter is the go to appraiser for myself and many real estate agents if we have questions or concerns and need a little guidance. He will go above and beyond for anyone. He is a true professional whom I refer often... Walter is absolutely top in his field!
