Andrew completed an appraisal for us and although it is clear he has been doing this for a while, there were things in the appraisal that simply were untrue.  The good things - he was professional while in our home, friendly, respectful too.  Ease of setting appointment was good, and process was seamless from start to finish.  Some of the negatives -  He stated the age of our home was 40 years older than what it actually is (showed him the blueprints for the rebuild, but he would not correct it), stated our basement is unfinished when although it could use some updating, it is finished, and stated our property lot was at least 1/3 smaller than what it is.  Andrew was provided proof of the size of our lot with property lines/map, but would not make the adjustment for this.  I would not recommend this appraiser.
