Azhar is the worst property appraiser I have ever worked with. He showed up several hours late for our meeting. His communication skills are inferior, he did not call to inform us he would be late and wasted our entire day. When he finally did make his appearance, he was rude and unprofessional. We asked why he was so late for our appointment and he responded by screaming and cursing at us. Our refinancing fell through due to his negligence.
