Very knowledgeable. Neat and detailed reports. Prompt and quick turn around. He was so patient even when he had to return to the Property twice due to unforseen circumstances. Thank you Brian for making this process easy and stress free.

This guy is horrible and doesn't know what he's doing.  He uses comps from 1 year ago.  While current sales have been significantly higher.  We are now going to a different lender for refi.  Don't waste your time with this guy.  He is on crack.  That should tell you everything you need to know.  You can find a more efficient appraiser easily.
