Please do not use David Olynik! Unprofessional at it's highest. David Olynik made the buyer almost lose the deal. The buyer extended twice and this was for a 30 days closing because David Olynik refused to turn in the report, after he promised numerous of times. We wondered if David Olynik had a personal dislike for this deal. NOTE: On occasions I take the time to write when I get HORRIBLE services and when I get Exceptional Services. This is one of the time I took time out to write a WELL DESERVE BEWARE!
