Never use this company for appraisal, because they are not good as they used the wrong comps when I had this company for appraisal of my house. Unfortunately, it was assigned by my Bank. I would never recommend this company. first of all, they stated the market situation is stable even though it is appreciating, where the house which she showed in her report was sold for over $40,000 over the asking price, and the appraiser (Helen) showed sold for the asking price. She doesn't know what she is doing. Sorry to say this but she is not professional, She doesn't have the right tools in order to use the right comps.
Be careful, if you use this appraiser then you are screwing yourself over.
