I recently had a highly disappointing experience with an appraisal company that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, the appraisal conducted by this company on our dream home was nothing short of a disaster, and as a result, our plans to move our small family to our long-awaited dream home have been thwarted. I am writing this review to express my utmost dissatisfaction with their services and to caution others against utilizing their services.

First and foremost, the appraisal performed by this company was incredibly inaccurate and poorly executed. It is evident that they did not conduct a thorough analysis of the property, as their valuation was grossly underestimated. This oversight has had severe consequences for us, as it has now jeopardized our ability to secure the necessary financing for the purchase of our dream home. This experience has left us feeling frustrated, betrayed, and deeply saddened.

To exacerbate matters, our interactions with one of their employees, Javier Veloso, were marked by extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism. Mr. Veloso consistently displayed a dismissive and confrontational attitude towards us. Shockingly, on more than one occasion, he raised his voice during our discussions, creating an incredibly hostile and uncomfortable environment. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and unbecoming of a professional in this industry.

In light of these significant shortcomings and the unprofessional conduct we experienced, I strongly advise against using the services of this appraisal company. Their lack of attention to detail, coupled with the disrespectful behavior exhibited by Javier Veloso, is indicative of their overall disregard for their clients' needs and well-being. We have been left feeling betrayed and devastated, and we would not wish this experience upon anyone else.

To conclude, I urge others to steer clear of this appraisal company. Their poor performance and unprofessional conduct, particularly that of Javier Veloso, have caused us immeasurable distress and have shattered our dreams of moving into our long-awaited dream home. It is my sincere hope that by sharing this review, others will be spared from similar hardships and find a reliable and reputable appraisal company that truly values its clients' satisfaction and well-being.
