**I wish I could put No stars**. He messed up the appraisal so much the bank wouldn’t accept it, he under valued the home by more than $30k and I lost my buyers. He had the map location incorrect, he used out dated comps and had the wrong size AND apparently he can’t count. His appraisals are garbage!! Stay away!!
