This appraiser was paid extra to do a rush appraisal and took longer than a regular appraisal on purpose. Then he used comparables that were 1000 sq ft smaller and a year older.
He didn't accurately describe the property's upgrades and even said there were no upgrades when everything was upgraded. When asked to correct he refused to correct the appraisal.
