Appraiser supplied information that was inaccurate and contradictory. Eventually, we had to get another appraisal as her appraisal was deemed "materially deficient". Her logic is seriously flawed and she does not seem to have a grasp on her own words. Do not use this one.

Appraiser missed 2 rooms and was unwilling to change mistakes
