If I could give this appraiser "0" stars, I would.  Appraiser uses comps of houses that are significantly less square feet  to compare prices. Also does not look at current market prices or home condition to compare. Terrible customer service.  Definitely do not recommend.  Stay away from this appraiser.

Do not use this person.  His appraisal process is a joke. He chooses homes that are not close to the home he is appraising.  He uses homes that were sold over 6 months ago.

He does not respond to requests.  All you need to do is look at his attempt to appraise home for sale to see that he just throws numbers out to see what sticks.
