Lin Hiley is a horrendous VA Appraiser. She identifies totally unnecessary house repairs that an owner most complete for her own financial benefit to return to the home for re-inspection. She is also incredibly rude and if you try to give her guidance about your home, her responses are curt and dismissive. She doesn't fully understand the VA Guidelines for repairs and if you are ever assigned her, contact your mortgage company immediately for another Appraiser.
