Lonnie L Lane did our house appraisal in drive-thru(curbside) very recently, as ordered by our lender.. The appraisal value he/she gave is around $70,000 less than the estimated  value compare to zillow estimate; and it is even $25,000 below the actual value in the county records. Recently in the past 2-4 months,  2 houses were sold within our community, but Lonnie didn't use those, instead compared our house with some other houses far away from our house. Lonnie did really a bad job in our house appraisal. Seems like Lonnie is not well experienced in this field, and I don't recommend Lonnie to anyone.
