Made an appointment but didn't show up at the scheduled time. When we called he said he forgot and would come 4 hours later. Then promised to have the appraisal completed for us by the weekend. The weekend came and went with no appraisal. When you try to call and check on the progress you get a full voice mail that hangs up on you. If he was too busy to do the appraisal for us all he had to say was sorry, but I won't be able to turn this around for you in the time you need.
