Worst experience, shabby work from this appraiser, hope you never have to be selected to get an appraisal completed by Mary Leblanc Sherman, she did a horrible job, didn't take the time to find correct comparables, used the template from an appraisal she did for someone else and just added my information, she didn't even take the time to properly report the current market conditions, in a hot market, she reported that the market was stable. I would not recommend this appraiser to anyone, stay away. She undervalued our home by over $5,000 and cost us money when selling our home.
