If I could give him a zero review, I would. I've heard from various real estate agents and lenders the same excuses he gives across the board. Computer crashed, sickness, bit by a spider... all in attempt to excuse the extreme delays and even cancelling after weeks regarding appraisal orders. If you call him to resolve an issue, he's rude and the lies just keep coming. Do NOT let your AMC put him on the list!
