Horrible appraisal - literally we had an appraisal completed 1 month prior to this one for another reason and it came back in line with other homes in the neighborhood but the refi company wanted to use their own appraisal company. So this one came back with missing upgrades & bad comps. Went though a rebuttal process but this company simple resubmitted the exact same inaccurate appraisal! Just wow on the level on incompetence.

She did not take any of recent upgrades in to account and stated no upgrades done in last 15 yrs. House is only 9 yrs old. Was not given ability to appeal appraisal. Lost sale due to bad appraisal.
