Through ignorance PAUL WOOLLEY cost me thousands of dollars. I am a builder. I built 4 almost identical houses. i asked the same price for all 4. the first 3 were appraised at or above value. all 3 offers came in within 2 weeks of completion. Paul woolley knew this! Yet,  even after the two house next door had closed and the other  was still in escrow, HE appraised this 4th house at almost 5% less. ANY BODY could see this apprasier made a huge mistake. I had other buyers that  wanted to buy this house that the asking price. So there were more than 5 offers within a month and 3 appraisals that all say PAUL WOOLLEY WAS WRONG.  ANDI have had appraisals on  100's of houses
