Paul was assigned to do our bank appraisal and he chose a house comp from TEN months ago to appraise our home. There were 6-8 more recent transactions at much higher values but he ignored them. When we appealed, it took him close to 9 days to respond when the original appraisal only took 1 day! He appraised our home at the tax assessed value. Completely absurd! Stay away if you want the real market value of your home!!!
