I recently got my two unit house appraised by this guy and it came out to be $135,000. He compared sales from 2020 and comparable are not at all comparable. In this market there is no two unit for less than 260,000 and a single family home no less than 160,000. How on earth this guy appraised my house for 135,000? I hate do say it but do your job right, this cost $700 where you spend only 10 minutes and I waited more than 60 days for this loan. Please avoid this guy if you ever get him as your appraiser.
