Bank South advised me you and Lin Logan do appraisal’s for them. Our last formal appraisal was done in Feb. 2001 by Sheppard Appraisal Services in Milledgeville. I guess it’s time to up-date that.  Please advise the cost for an appraisal at 133 Winnstead Place, Great Waters, and when you might be able to do it.
