Sean spent time getting to know the details of my home.  Sean was on time and very professional during the appraisal process.  The report was accurate and the loan funded with no issues.

THIS GUY HAS BEEN APPRAISING SINCE 1993.  THERE ARE OFFICE SUITES AT 5200 NORTH FEDERAL HIGHWAY.  HOWEVER, MOST RESIDENTIAL APPRAISERS WORK OUT OF THEIR HOUSES.

Very poor experience with this appraiser. He was short and rude and missed numerous features of my home in his appraisal. When I researched him I discovered his business address is a mailboxes, etc. store. I find that very disconcerting. Does he work out of his car?
