Selinda Shirley is the worst Appraisor I ever met !  She will destroy your deal ! Compering wrong properties to the subject property! Doesn’t take all your improvements accordingly !
She doesn’t do her work professionally with very low quality pictures and incorrect angles. Selinda shortening her appointment time to the minimum.
Don’t hire her!

Black list and fire this woman she’s horrible and ruins all transactions. She doesn’t deserve to have her license or be working as an. Appraiser .
Agents will all validate this . Get rid of this clown.
