In 5 years as a Realtor I have never seen an appraisal so terrible. If I ever saw this appraiser on another deal I would dispute her participation as a competent professional. Her appraisal contained major errors regarding important details about my client's home, her comparable process, in my opinion made no sense when looking at all information available, and, unfortunately, her lack of quality caused a perfectly great transaction to derail. It was such a poor appraisal I believe there were some discriminatory factors involved. Such a loss for the buyer and seller in this situation. If your goal was to sabotage, mission accomplished, You did a great job destroying a blessing for others. Well done.
