Received a shocking INACCURATE APPRAISAL that was incorrect square footage, incorrect number of bedrooms, inaccurate market trends, year old comps, etc etc. Refused to make corrections -- something very shady here. Reduced our purchase price by $12,000!!!!!!!! SHE NEEDS TO HAVE HER LICENSE REVOKED!! This should be illegal!!
