The worst appraisor I have dealt with. I have a Three bedroom home with an in-laws quarters. He appraised my home as a two bedroom home. Said one of the bedrooms was a kitchen. I didn't include the in-laws quarters as living space. Tanked the value of my home so that I was not able to refinance.
