Steve Gergen is not in tune with rental market

The appraisal from Steve Gergen was highly inaccurate when compared to the area comps and rents. Additionally there were black and white errors with incorrect numbers entered into his appraisal form. If you are obtaining a property DO NOT go through Steve. He resulted in extra cash out the door when several comps had zero appraisal issues and came at the sale price. Very unsatisfied with his work and lack of detail.
