Terry was epitomized professionalism with his residential structural and market knowledge. As a builder, assessments may be made on cosmetic appearance or the true composition of a structure. Terry knew what he was looking at and he had a firm pulse on the market trend. He was straight forward, no non-sense type of professional was appreciated; I would use his services in the future.
