Arrived in shorts and a T-shirt and was in the home less than 10 minutes. Ignored all upgrades to property (including extended patios and fully updated kitchen) and appraised the property 15k lower than all comps. When both sides questioned this, he refused to offer any adjustments.
AVOID.
