This appraiser did the appraisal for 4746 N. Malden and he dropped the ball big time -- he used comps close to Devon, which is in Edge Water and not Uptown -- He didn't use comps that were just 3 blocks away, because he apparently had an agenda and wanted to justified the price that he had in mind. The unit was for sale at 925,000 and he appraised the place at $810,000 we had to pay for a second appraisal from a different appraiser that used the right comps and unit appraised and sold at $925,000 -- Run for your life if you see any one from this company coming to appraise your place.
