Horrible horrible horrible. This person appraised our property, had the appraisal kicked back from the underwriter multiple times for issues, and used comps that were grossly inaccurate and when presented with correct and accurate local comps, he refused to revise his appraisal, despite multiple contacts by the listing agent, purchasing agent, lender, and buyer. This has been a horrible experience. NEVER use this company for your appraisal.
