I found Mr. Nunn to be totally reckless from the beginning of our encounter.  He actually showed up late and the excuse was not acceptable. When he submitted the appraisal to me, the name he used to identify me was incorrect.  After all, when you commit to do a service for someone, you should definitely make sure that the perspective customer's name appears on the documentation correctly. Again, he was unapologetic and I find his carelessness something that should be addressed and I will NOT ever refer nor recommend his services to anyone.
