Has difficulty communicating. Yells into a speaker phone with a heavy accent on a speaker phone in a room that echoes. Ignores all appointments that are inconvenient to her until she eventually shows up at the house unannounced. Ignores communications regarding house upgrades when she writes her appraisals. Which is par considering that she ignored an entire bathroom and a bedroom in her appraisal. She then refuses to accept corrections and will not re-evaluate given photographic evidence of bathroom vanities that she says don't exist in a bathroom she didn't count. Absolutely horrible experience. If you've ever worked with the VA medical system, dial your expectations down about 4 notches, and be prepared to be amazed.

Wolmi made ERRORS on our appraisal that a competent appraiser would not have made. Her errors caused us a lot of GRIEF and PROBLEMS during the already stressful time of buying and selling a home. She was also extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and your appointment time is only based her availability. She wanted to do our appraisal NOW and everyone had to scramble to meet HER needs. If you want appointment ease and a correct appraisal do not pick her!

Wolmi only gave one hour notice of the appointment time and unwilling to reschedule. Left out bathroom in appraisal which caused homeowner to lose thousands on sale of home.
